“You don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out. That's what therapy is for.”
One practice. One clinician. Personal care.
Waves of Hope Wellness was created to offer therapy that feels warm, individualized, and genuinely connected.

Personal
A smaller practice keeps your relationship with your therapist central.
Consistent
You don't get handed off to different providers.
Flexible
Care can be thoughtfully adjusted as your needs change.
Care as individual as you are.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Treatment is tailored to developmental needs, personal goals, relationships, and the experiences that brought you here.
🧸 Play Therapy
Children often communicate through play before they can communicate through words. Play therapy provides a developmentally appropriate way to express feelings, process experiences, build emotional regulation, and develop coping skills.
✨ Trauma & EMDR
Trauma-informed therapy creates a safe space to process difficult experiences. EMDR may be incorporated when clinically appropriate.
🌱 Children & Teens
Support with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavior concerns, self-esteem, transitions, trauma, family changes, and other challenges.
🤍 Adult Therapy
A compassionate space to process experiences, navigate transitions, strengthen relationships, manage emotions, and create meaningful change.
💗 Couples Therapy
Support for couples wanting to improve communication, connection, understanding, boundaries, and relationship patterns.
🐚 Family Support
Support for families navigating transitions, communication difficulties, emotional needs, and healthier patterns of connection.

- What is my out-of-network deductible?
- What percentage is reimbursed?
- Do I need to submit a Superbill?
- Is preauthorization required?
- What documentation do you require?
