Waves of Hope Wellness LLC (doing business as Waves of Hope Wellness) ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Waves of Hope Wellness LLC collects and uses information about you when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Program purpose. The messaging program consists of general customer-care messaging to answer questions and provide support to clients and prospective clients. Messages will be sent from (912) 621-2810.
  2. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
  3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact playtherapistkristen@gmail.com.
  4. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  6. Privacy questions. If you have questions regarding privacy, review the privacy policy details on this page or contact playtherapistkristen@gmail.com.
Important communication reminder: Text messaging is intended for brief administrative/customer-care communication. Therapy, clinical discussion, treatment planning, and other sensitive clinical matters should take place during a scheduled session or through the secure patient portal. Texting is not an emergency service.
